The Wrestling Mat Club covers wrestling techniques, such as takedowns, and top and bottom wrestling. Wrestling drills and strength and conditioning are covered at 90% and live wrestling will be 10% of the training. Mat club teaches basic moves along with high level moves to help wrestlers be more successful. Coach Bill Robins and Coach Matt Olauson lead Mat Club every Tuesday and Wednesday after school during the wrestling offseason.
